A really good piece of Soul music released in 1973 on the 'Cal State' label out of Santa Monica, California. The backing music is very similar to Brook Benton's classic, "Rainy Night In Georgia".

Don Thomas was born Charles Ray Thomas, but he changed his name to Don when he joined 'The Drifters' in 1969 to avoid confusion with Charlie Thomas. Don was also a member of 'The Dealers' and 'The Mystics' in his earlier years.
