Released in 1968, this is a wonderful two sider with the vocal on one side and the instrumental on the other.

The Sweet Delights were a group managed by Eddie Edgehill, the husband of one of the members. They were formed in 1968 and although they only had the one release they stayed together as a group until 1974.
